Reviews and Ratings
I had a good time at the hotel overall, with its great proximity to Lake Tahoe and several restaurants. The rooms were nicely remodeled, but I had some issues with housekeeping that left me frustrated. The amenities like the hot tub were a fantastic bonus after a long day. The price felt fair for what you get, although the housekeeping situation needs improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to bring our dog along. The location was perfect for accessing nearby beaches and restaurants. However, there was some disappointment with the amenities not being available as advertised, particularly the hot tub, which affected our overall experience. The price was decent considering the location and room quality, but the service could use some improvement.
My stay had its ups and downs. On one hand, the hotel's location is superb, being within walking distance of various attractions. On the other hand, the check-in process was frustrating due to the delay with room availability, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the amenities offered some enjoyment, the overall value was tainted by the issues I encountered.
I had a wonderful stay at this motel-style resort, enjoying its spacious rooms and perfect location near Heavenly gondolas and various eateries. The facilities were inviting, especially the outdoor jacuzzi, though I couldn't use it during my visit. A few hiccups with housekeeping procedures and linen availability left me wanting a bit more from the service department.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The location is great for accessing local restaurants and attractions, and I appreciated the pet-friendly policies. However, my experience with the staff and amenities was disappointing. I encountered issues with the hot tub being closed during my stay, and the response from the front desk staff, unfortunately, felt unhelpful. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, I left feeling quite dissatisfied.
